I have enjoyed a successful career in production facilities in Canada, USA, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Algeria, Trinidad, Malaysia, Australia, Iraq and New Zealand.
I have extensive experience in Senior Management Roles directing large multidiscipline teams through Construction, Pre-commissioning, Completions Turnover and Commissioning on many large scale Multi-Billion Dollar projects.
My last project as the Expert Witness for Weatherford on the Zubair IPF Projects, I was supporting Weatherford Construction, Commissioning and Legal Teams on three sites in Southern Iraq Zubair oil Fields.

As the Turnover Coordinator for the new Diluent Recovery Unit and the Coker Unit on the UE-1 Project, I was responsible for setting up the system of Project Turnover. I was responsible for the process of the QA team to ensure UE-1 spec conformances. Punch listing of deficiencies and the process of validation. I was responsible for the process of “Near Operating Readiness”, “Care Custody and Control”, and “Mechanical Completion”.
