Onboarding is an on-going process that does not end after the first few weeks. Meet with the employee regularly to ensure that they are becoming assimilated to the job and department. Encourage feedback from employee and be available to answer questions. It is vital to assess the effectiveness of the College’s onboarding process and look for ways to continuously improve it.
