· Supervise and ensure that Accident/Incident Report from various departments re the damages to equipment, property, vehicle, Vessels and claims to cargo & containers are done as per SOP.
· Make sure that the staff is preforming the needed duty on timely basis.
· Educate the other staff and the port users about the safety rules and regulations
· Make sure that the costumers are well-informed of the new claims
