Introduction

What is a physical property? What is a chemical property? What is the difference between the two? Many people don’t know the difference between the two, or even what they are.

Task

The point of the Physical and Chemical Properties Webquest is:
  • Learn definition of physical property
  • Learn definition of chemical property
  • Learn what makes a physical property a physical property
  • Learn what makes a chemical property a chemical property
  • Learn and understand how the two difference

Process

STEP One – First, you will visit this website and complete the test. It is a pre-test to check your knowledge of physical and chemical properties. Write down your score here.

STEP Three- Next, you will answer the questions that follow the paragraph. When you get your final score, you will write it here. .
STEP Four– After answering your questions, there are two videos on physical and chemical properties, by HowStuffWorks. Watch the video for physical properties and then the video for chemical properties.

STEP Five– Afterward, go to the following link at the Quia website. Once on this page, you have four games to choose from. You must completely play two of them. Here is the link: When you finish, you teacher will initial below that you have showed her you are finished
STEP Six– Next, there are games on Quia that you can play on Chemical Properties. There are four games, you must play at least two of them.
STEP Seven- After watching the video, you will need to take the Quia Quiz on Physical and Chemical Properties. Your results will be sent to your teacher- hypothetically speaking
