Pulaski Technical College announces its intent to award, by issuance of a written contract and/or purchase order
Request for Proposals 12-005 Student Loan Default Prevention Services

As provided in the RFP, this Notice of Intent to Award is subject to execution of a signed, numbered purchase order and/or a written contract, and does NOT constitute the formation of a contract between Pulaski Technical College and the apparent successful vendor. The vendor shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights relative to the contracted goods or services until a purchase order and/or contract is executed. If the apparent successful vendor fails to accept a purchase order and/or contract, Pulaski Technical College may revoke the award and re-award to the next highest ranked vendor, or withdraw the RFP.
Pulaski Technical College further reserves the right to cancel this Notice of Intent to Award at any time prior to the execution of a written purchase order and/or contract.
