EOY 4 is the End of Year CALPADS reports that are focused on CAHSEE(California High School Exit Examination) Waivers and Exemptions.

CAHSEE Waivers and Exemptions

Who does this apply to?

  • Grades 10-12
  • Students with special programs 144 (Special Education) or 101 (504 Accommodation Plan)

Good News #1: This only applies to students that the CAHSEE applies to. If your students are not in high school, then this section is not required and you are not required to submit EOY 4!

Good News #2: Even if you are a high school that has a CAHSEE taking population, the reporting of waivers and exceptions are easy!

What are Waivers and Exemptions?

  • Waivers allow a student to pass the CAHSEE with a modified score and accomodations
  • Exemptions indicate that a student is required to take the CAHSEE, but not required to pass
