Crowley’s Ridge Educational Service Cooperative is usually referred to as The Co-op.
The Co-op is located in Harrisburg. CRESC is one of 15 regional education cooperatives in Arkansas.
The Co-op provides professional development (PD) for educators throughout the school year and the summer as well as variety of other services including the new Novice Teacher Mentoring Program.
Most PD is provided free of chargeto educators in our 22 member districts.
There are 3,087 educators in our Co-op area. As a teacher in a member district you are eligible for free professional development, as well as, the services of our ADE Specialists.
Registration for PD:Educators register for training through their ESC Shoebox Account. Your ESC Account keeps up with the trainings you attend. Today you signed a Co-op Sign-in sheet. Today’s training will be added to your ESC transcript. You may also add other trainings to your transcript. The transcripts may be printed for documentation of professional development.

CRESC Teacher Center Workroom- Teacher may make-and-take instructional items for the classroom. Bulletin board letters, seasonal, and theme cutouts are available. Items may also be ordered and sent to school for a nominal fee. The workroom is open from 8:00-4:00 M-F Aug–May and 7:00-4:30 M-Th June- July

Welcome to the CRESC Discussion Boards and Reflection Rooms
in BloomBoard
1. Discussion Board: Access is through the Discussion Tab at the top of the screen.
Novice Teachers are expected to take part in the Discussion on a weekly basis.
The Discussion Board is for NTs to post comments, ask questions, and general discussion as you network with peers. A topic will be posted each week either related to the current discussion or to another topic.
2. Reflective Rooms: A Reflection Question or prompt will be posted each month in the appropriate room i.e. September Reflective Room, October Reflective Room, etc.
Required: A response is required each month from each Novice Teacher in ALL of the following four ways.
1. Attachment: Type the reflection prompt and your response along with your name and the date and attach a copy to the post in the appropriate reflection room board.
2.Posted Response: copy and paste your response from the attachment into the post box so that others may read your response.
3. Comment: Take part in the discussion by commenting on at least three (3) other teachers’ posted response each month.
4. Evidence of Participation: Provide a digital or hard copy of the attachment to your building or district contact in the madder determined by your district.
