DIRECTIONS: Take Route 476(Blue Route) north to Norristown Exit 18B. Turn left at traffic light onto Chemical Road. Travel one block. Turn left at traffic light onto Gallagher Road. Travel 1 mile (Go through one traffic light and one stop sign). Turn right into PSC driveway. When leaving, take Gallagher Road back to Chemical Road and turn left. Travel ½ mile. Turn right onto Route 476

PARKING:Available in the club lot. Please ask your families to follow the parking attendants’ instructions and they will park you near your assigned seating area.

7:15-7:30 AM / Warm-ups - Lanes 1-6 - Plymouth
7:30-7:45 AM / Warm-ups – Lanes 1-3 - Rose Tree Woods
Lanes 4-6 –St. Albans
7:45-8:00 AM / Warm-ups – Lanes 1-3 - Hidden Hollow
Lanes 4-6 – Late Arrival (Coach Must Be Present)
7:30 AM / Scratch Meeting in Club Lobby (behind snack bar area)
Meeting for timers & officials
8:00 AM / MEET STARTS
11:00 AM / Plymouth Swim Club opens to general membership.
The deep pool closes for warm-up; open for members.
The baby pool opens at 11:00 AM.

STAFF:Your club needs to fill the positions indicated on the attached list. E-mail a listof the names of and positions to: by Tuesday, July 19. Bring your team’s stopwatches. Have your Head Coach & Meet Director check in at the Starter Table upon arrival. It is each team’s responsibility to make sure your people are present and ready to work their shift. If you have trouble filling a position, notify me ASAP so we can work it out. Please do not tell me the morning of the meet, unless it is due to a last minute emergency.

PROGRAMS:The SSL provides several free programs for coaches, in each team’s packet. Please be sure you have enough before coming to the meet. We will not have additional free copies.

Additional copies must be purchased.

MERCHANDISE: Divisional Champ T-shirts will be on sale. A vendor will be selling other swim items.

FOOD:Breakfast food, snacks, and drinks will be available at the Swim Club Snack Bar.

RAIN DATE:The league has not reserved indoor back-up pools in case of rain. We plan to wait out any storms. Otherwise, our rain date is Sunday, July 24th.
