The UK team is based at CV Head Office. We are a small, close-knit crew who love Jesus. We are tasked with implementing CV’s vision into the UK. Primarily this is done through championing the yesHEis resource and promoting it to churches and believers. Job Overview
We need someone who can generate, equip and support a community of users through social media to utilize and promote our app and evangelistic website yesHEis.com. Job duties also include supporting the Country Manager as required to implement CV’s global mission in the context of the United Kingdom. Working as a team player in a fun and friendly office environment.
Specific Responsibilities
To generate a community of users across various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
To encourage and equip the community to actively utilize the app and website so as to fulfill the ‘Great Commission’ of Matt. 28:19-20.
To identify and implement resources to assist follow-up communication.
To assist in building positive relationships with external stakeholders, key influencers, ministry leaders, and organisations.
To organise promotional events and activities as directed.
To maintain a high quality of interpersonal communication at all times.
To regularly provide feedback from audience responses to content and marketing teams, including quantitative and qualitative evaluation of engagement and response.
To assist the Country or Community Manager with the monitoring, collecting, and analysis of data and maintaining statistics of all responses.
To work positively with content and marketing teams, as directed.
To undertake tasks positively and professionally under the pressure of deadlines.
To liaise and work in conjunction with our global teams and projects as appropriate.
Required Skills or Competencies
A levels or equivalent.
Minimum GCSE in English.
Excellent social networking skills.
Proficiency using computers / tablets / mobile phones – knowledge of Mac computers.
Competency and knowledge of social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
Ability to generate, lead and equip an online community.
Excellent communication skills.
Be willing to travel on occasion (possibly internationally).
Good knowledge of the Bible.
You are actively involved in your local church or willing to attend a new one if relocating.
You are passionate about short-films and creative media.
Creative, energetic, fun and passionate who enjoys working in a team.
Useful but not essential are graphic design skills and experience of Photoshop.
Possessing a driving license is an advantage but not essential.
Salary - £16.5-21k depending upon experience
