Dear Patient and Friend,

This note is to inform you that Dr. Smith, formerly from California, will be joining our staff to work directly with me. Dr. Smith, by way of introduction, is a leader in chiropractic research. He is the originator of several systems in regard to muscle balancing to allow proper support of the spinal structure. He will be using these advanced methods with the patients who feel would best benefit.

In essence, Dr. Smith and I will be working as a team in regard to your health. On various visits these procedures will be used and will be continued totally upon your request. Please feel free to openly communicate with Dr. Smith and myself as to your response. If your preference is not to undergo these new and more advanced procedures simply let Dr. Smith or myself know.
