Marking Nomenclature Within the Report:
8A number within the report indicates that this set of facts partially satisfies what that number required [e.g., number 8 requires that the elements of the crime be documented].
6One aspect of a multi-criteria requirement is satisfied. [The search and seizure component (number 6) requires the BOTH the search of Becker and of the vehicle be documented.]
A circled number indicates that the minimum requirement has been satisfied at that point in the report for that requirement [e.g., all elements of the crime of robbery are proved to a PC level].
8Additional identical numbers after a circled number indicates additional facts that prove that issue [e.g., perhaps elevating the level of proof from mere Probable Cause to a Proof Beyond a Reasonable Doubt level].
-2A minus number by another number in the report indicates that points have been lost for that area [6 -2 mean that two points have been lost under #6 (the Search & Seizure area)].
