MISC. ITEMS:

50/70 DIVISION: Dane Taylor informed the board that district is now going to allow players who play in the 50/70 division to also play on a regular little league team too. This would then allow them to be eligible to play on an All Stars team. The 50/70 division will be run more like the CCYB leagues with games on Sundays.
Dane Taylor asked the BOD if there was any interest in playing the first half of the season in Majors following the 40/60 rules, and playing the second half following the 50/70 rules. BOD unanimously voted no.
TEAM NUMBERS:
Suzanne McCarty reported that currently there are 3 T-ball teams, 5 Coach Pitch teams, 4 Single A teams, 5 AA teams, 4 AAA teams, 5 Majors teams, and 2 Juniors teams.
SMVLL will be inter-leaguing with NMVLL on all levels this year.
MANAGER INTERVIEWS WILL BE NEXT WED. (DEC.12) AND THURS. (DEC. 13)
UNIFORMS:
Kelly Black reported that uniforms will be ordered through D3 this year. Jon Ryan, who used to be with Fantasy Designs, is now with D3. Uniform costs were discussed. This will include D3 sewing the patches on, and printing the players’ numbers. The BOD voted unanimously to pay an additional charge for the players’ names to be printed on the jerseys also.
EQUIPMENT:
Chad Sivcovich reported that equipment will be ordered through D3 this year. He is still putting together final costs and will report back to BOD at a later date.
