small businesses, and governmental agencies grew from her work with nonprofits. Mary recognizes the
similarities and differences between the sectors and the interdependence that leads to the greatest accomplishments for a vibrant community. Today, Mary is recognized for successfully facilitating group conversations through difficult topics. Mary is interested in assisting individuals and organizations re/discover their passion for their work and lives through leadership development. Mary’s passions away from work include reading, gourmet cooking, time in the Beartooth Mountains, traveling and spending time with family and friends
Consulting Services Description:
Invisage Consulting works with nonprofit organizations, governmental agencies, and private businesses in strengthening the efficiency and effectiveness of their organizations by providing training, coaching, and technical assistance in: board, leadership and staff development, project management, grant reporting; and maintaining internal and external communication, Additional services include: facilitation for strategic planning, group meetings, and conference planning; team building activities; Real Colors Temperament Survey for groups; Results Centered Leadership™ course; Gracious Space™ Group Facilitation.
