System Requirements
- Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000 Service Pack 4; Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1; Windows Vista; Windows XP Service Pack 2
- Computer with Intel or compatible Pentium III 500 MHz or faster processor (1 GHz or faster is recommended.)
- Minimum of 512 MB of RAM (1GB or more is recommended.)
- 600 MB of available hard disk space

If there is MSSQL in the PC, you must delete it before you start the installation.

* If there is MSSQL in the PC, you must delete it before you start the installation.
If there is no MSSQL, you can skip this part and move to [2. Preliminary installation].
1. Delete MSSQL
Start -> Control Panel -> Add/remove program
1-1. In case of MSSQL 2005 Express
- Select Microsoft SQL Server 2005 at the Change or Remove program section and Click remove button.
- You have a Component Selection window. Please check SQL Server Express and Workstation Components and Click next button
- Click Finish button.
2. Preliminary Installation
Install DATABASE
Install Windows Installer 3.1.
- If it is installed already then move to [3.Start installation.
Click Next button.
Check I Agree and Click Next button.
Click Finish button.
Note. PC can re-start after installation.
When PC re-started, click install program and keep going installation.
3. Start Installation
- . Install NET Framework 2.0.
Check I accept… and click Install button.
Click Finish button.
- Install MSSQL 2005 Express.
Press any key to finish the installation.
- Install Server program.
Click Next button.
Click Next button.
Click Next button.
Click Next button.
Click Finish button.
When this Server program first start, you have a Option window.
Click DB Test button.
If you have Successfully connected then it is installed successfully.
Click OK button and close the window.
If you have Window Security Alert window, select Unblock button.
Manager
Install Manager program.
Click Next button.
Click Next button.
Click Next button.
Click Next button.
Click Finish button.
When you first start the Manager program, you have Language selection window.
Choose your language and click OK button.
You have Manager Setting window.
If you want to use it as a Stand-alone type without server then Check Stand Alone box.
If you install this manager program in the same PC with a server program then you just click OK button and set this as a default.
If you install the manager program a difference PC with a server program, you must put in Server IP address.
Use 9001 port as a defaul.
Click OK button.
When you have Regulation Window, Please put in Serial Number and click Registration button.
Click Activation button. (When you click Activation button, it must be connected to the internet)
If you can’t connect internet, you must put it CD Key directly after getting CE Key from the authorized person.
Client
Install Client program.
Click Next button.
Click Next button.
Click Next button.
Click Next button.
Click Next button.
When you first start Client program you have Client Setting Window.

If you install client program in the same PC with a Manger program just click OK setting it as a default.
If you install client program to a different PC with a Manger program, you must put it Server IP Address.
Set 9002 as a default port.
Click OK button.
When you have Regulation window put in Serial Number and click Registration button.
Click Activation button. (When you click Activation button, it must be connected to the internet)
If you can’t connect internet, you must put it CD Key directly after getting CE Key from the authorized person.
Codec
Install Codec.
Install DirectX.
Install WMV Codec.
Install ffdshow Codec.
Choose Language and click OK button.
Click Next button
Install Flash ActiveX.
ULTRA VNC
Set-up the ULTRA VNC program.
Click NEXT button
Please check the second line from the top when view this screen.
-Register Ultra VNC Server as a system service
-Start or restart Ultra VNC service
Click NEXT button
To input VNC Password when view this screen.
★ You must to input password, q1w2e3r4.
pulled up the Control panel
① Control panel – Click the Security center.
② Click the Windows firewall.
③ Click the Windows firewall-exception-add program.
④ Please check Ultra VNC Server and click the OK.
★ Complete VNC Setting.
