ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a full-time, exempt position. Primary job responsibility is management and execution of the Clinical Operations in all clinical buildings. Additional responsibilities include the managing and training the Behavior Specialists/Behavior Analysts (BS/BA), Intervention Specialists and Classroom Instructors in addition to overseeing the training of the Behavioral Team. The Clinic Director is responsible for all day to day operations in the clinic buildings. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.
1)LeadBS/BA meetings to educate and train BS/BAon the development and review of Behavior Support Plans
2)Lead meetings and train Intervention Specialists/Classroom Instructors IS/CI)on management of staff and the implementation of Individualize Education Plan goals
3)Lead meetings or support IS/CIs in leading meetings to train Behavior Techniciansin the implementation of behavior analytic teaching procedures and
4)Meet with Director of Clinical Operationson a weekly or as needed basis to assist in development of education and behavior analytic trainings and systems
5)Direct supervision of all the day-to-day operations of designated program
6)Conduct research within the designated program as directed/necessary
7)Support the BS/BAs in presenting and attaining approval for behavior plans to Behavior Review Committee
8)Perform skill assessmentsand train other appropriate staff in doing so
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Education or related field required
- BCBA certification required
- Must be a BS/BA with multiple years of management experience
- Supervise BCBA and BCABA candidate(s)
- 2-5+ year experience supervising ABA based educational and behavioral programming, and curriculum development+
- Exemplary data collection, including, but not limited to:
- Internal data collection
- Billing
- Homework
- Pay related time keeping
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including organization and communication skills
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge of many children with autism at different areas of the ASD spectrum
- Exemplary attendance
