LOA 189.9 M / BEAM: 32.26 M; 6 HO/ 6 HA ‘ 4 X 30 T Cranes ; Speed abt 14.0 Knots

CARGO: Part Cargo of 10,000 MT Min/Max Bulk Sorghum plus 204,000 empty bags for USAID.

In combination with 22,690 MT of Bulk HRW Wheat and bags for CRS to Ethiopia and 1,300 MT of Bulk Sorghum with bags for CRS South Sudan via Djibouti port under separate Charter Parties. Plus 6,700 MT of Bulk Sorghum with bags for WFP Somalia via Berbera port and

5,000 MT of Bulk Sorghum with empty bags for USAID Prepo Durban via Durban South Africa.

For a total of 45,690 MT of Bulk Sorghum and Wheat with empty bags.

Vessel voyage itinerary US Gulf –Djibouti- Berbera- Durban

LAYDAYS: August 21-31, 2017

LOAD PORT: One safe berth, One safe port US Texas Gulf Port.

LOADING TERMS: Scale Gross Load .

DISCHARGE PORT(S): Djibouti.

At USAID, charterer’s, option discharge at Berbera, Somalia and or charterer’s option Port Sudan, Sudan and or at charterer’s option at Durban, South Africa and or at charterer’s option Mombasa, Kenya; and or at charterer’s option Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania; and or at charterer’s option Nacala, Mozambique and or at charterer’s option Beira, Mozambique and or at charterer’s option Maputo, Mozambique and or at charterer’s option Fort Dauphin, Madagascar and or at charterer’s option Toamasina, Madagascar. USAID shall declare the discharge port(s) option ten (10) days after vessel sails from the load port.

DISCHARGE TERM(S): As Per Freight Tender

FREIGHT RATE: Ocean Transportation basis One Load berth / One Load port to One discharge berth DJIBOUTI for the 10,000 MT Sorghum of USAID (in combination with CRS Wheat, CRS Sorghum, WFP Sorghum and USAID Durban Sorghum for total cargo of 45,690 MT) basis FBT No Dem/No Desp/No Det. with Bagging and delivery to Free On Truck Door charterer’s/receiver’s designated warehouses at BMMI , Djibouti Free Zone, Djibouti -US$176.29 PMT.

DEMURRAGE/DESPATCH:At Load Port: USD 32,000 / HD PDPR

Otherwise all other terms and conditions as per USAID Freight RFP AC17-0103 dated

July 27,2017 and Amendment 1 and the USAID Vessel Load/BT Discharge Proforma Charter
