Call to Order Troy Campbell
Attendance: Troy Campbell, Dave Shaw, Jason Pipher, Brian Bennet, Mark Wheeler, Beau Roskow, Mike Kellogg, Natalie Richetti, Nicole Yeakel, Cory Robinson
Last Meeting Minutes Approval – November Minutes were approved as submitted. Motion-Yeakel, 2nd- Richetti.
Financial Report – General Fund: $ 5.924.82 Concession Fund: $7,191.61
*Action Walmart grant needs to be initiated, Beau will sent Troy the link and Troy will initiate grant.

“1. Maximum of two 12 yer old pitchers may pitch per week. This rule will be evaluated annually”
