The program includes a snack, tutoring or homework assistant, followed by an enrichment class. There is currently no charge for the after school enrichment and tutoring program for those students enrolled in the program.At this time, during our first phase of the program, enrollment is by invitation only for K-8th grade. There is a 6 week commitment required from students and parents.

If you have received this application, it means that your student was recommended to participate in the afterschool program which offers tutoring and enrichment courses.

Elementary Program Hours
3:30-4:00 Snack time/bathroom
4:00-4:45 tutoring/HW help
4:45-5:00 enrichment (if work is completed

After-school rules and guidelines

  • Students must go immediately to the after-school location(TECH Center).Homework begins promptly after school.
  • A nutritious snack and a drinkwill be provided.
  • Elementary parents must pick-up students by 5:00 pmsharp
  • All parents will be charged $1 a minute for late pick-ups.
  • All AACPA rules are in effect during the after-school program.
  • Students who cannot follow the rules will lose the privilege of attending the after-school program
  • Students will only be released to the adults listed on enrollment paperwork.
  • A Calendar of all days that the After Care Program is in session will be provided.

Registration & Fees for 2014-15 School Year

  • After School: End of school day to 5:00 pm ONLY

Schedule of Fees:

•Agassi After School Program is a PREPAID program. This is done for the safety of students by

pre-determining staff coverage needs.

•Our policy for payment of fees is CASH ONLY.

  • After School Only: $100 / Month or $25/Week
  • After School Only: • Tuesdays only: $25 / Month or $6.00/Day
  • After School - Snack included
  • Monthly fees due on the last school day prior to the new month
  • Weekly fees due on Fridays

Registration Fee:

  • $10 (per child)

NO DROP-IN’S WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Fees must be paid in advance

After School FAQ’s

Q: Am I required to attend every day of the week?

A:No: You may sign up for any and as many days as you would like. You will receive a calendar every

month that you can specifically mark the days you wish to attend.

Q: How many staff are at the AACPA After School Program?

A: There will be two staff members every day.

Q: What are the hours of the program and can I pick my child up early?

A: The after school program will conclude at 5:00pm.

You can pick up your child at any point of the program.
