Notice is hereby given by the Council pursuant to Section 14(2) of The Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, to temporarily suspend The City Council of Liverpool (Central Area)(One-Way, etc) Order, 1965 insofar as it relates to the one-way traffic system on Moorfields.
To temporarily prohibit any vehicle, other than an emergency services vehicle, or a vehicle taking part in the event, or a vehicle having permission from the Event Organiser, from entering, leaving, or proceeding in; William Brown Street, Lime Street (Ranelagh Place to William Brown Street, except for access to St. Johns Car Park, which will be maintained via Skelhorne Street), London Road (Lime Street to Camden Street), Lord Nelson Street (Lime Street to Pudsey Street), St. George’s Place, St. John’s Lane, Hood Street (Queen Square Bus Station), Whitechapel (Crosshall Street to Church Street), Dawson Street, Peter Street, Sir Thomas Street, Stanley Street, Button Street, Harrington Street, Mathew Street, Rainford Gardens, Rainford Square, Temple Court, Lord Street, James Street, North John Street, Castle Street, Cook Street, Dale Street (Hatton Garden to Water Street), Cook Street, Victoria Street (North John Street to Crosshall Street), Sweeting Street, High Street, Exchange Street East, Hackins Hey, Eberle Street, Tempest Hey, Moorfields (from Dale Street for a distance of 70 metres in a northerly direction), Vernon Street, Cunliffe Street, Cheapside, Princes Street, Temple Lane, Temple Street, Davies Street, Cumberland Street, Crosshall Street (Victoria Street to Dale Street), Churchill Way (South flyover from Commutation Row to Dale Street), Commutation Row (northbound from Lime Street to Churchill Way), from10am and 3pm on Saturday 30th July 2016or for such lesser period of time as determined by the earlier completion of the event.
To temporarily prohibit any vehicle, other than an emergency services vehicle, or a vehicle taking part in the event, or a vehicle having permission from the Event Organiser, from entering, leaving, or proceeding in William Brown Street (full length)from 7pm Friday 29th July 2016 until 11.59pm Saturday 30th July 2016 or for such lesser period of time as determined by the earlier completion of the event.
