TB addressed the members on WESSA and what Wessa is all about.

  1. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT FOR THE PERIOD UNDER REVIEW

RL thanked Willem Haziwindus, John Wesson, Paul Bartels and the rest of the NAR team for the all effort made in order to make this AGM a success. RL also thanked Malcolm Powell for his long term service at WESSA.

SS confirms that WESSA has not made use of any reserves.

SS presented the Financials to all members which were approved and accepted.
