Call Attendees:Geert Kinthaert, Marshalee King, Grace Kielpinski. Mateusz Kiljan was unable to attend.
Introductions:
- Team Member Introductions:
- Marshalee King is a Marine based in Okinawa, Japan. She has a BA from Troy University and an MBA from Maryland. Her background is finance.
- Geert Kinthaert is a software development Manager, working as a contractor for the USAF. He has an MSE from Brandeis and lives in Boston, MA
- Grace Kielpinski works at Genzyme, Cambridge MA, and has a research and science background, specifically cell therapy. She is now working in quality and manufacturing, and product release.
- Team Member Access Information and Availability
- Team members are available via using their BU e-mail addresses.
- Most of the work will be performed using Vista e-mail. In addition, they will use teleconferencing technology as needed.

- Project Ideas
- The following project ideas were discussed: Special Olympics (Wisconsin), Science Festival, Charter Boat. The project manager recommends getting ideas from Mateusz Kiljan on a possible project. The team will await that information, and re-discuss via email as needed.

- A brief description of your project: its goals, start/end dates and major milestones and issues
- A listing of the project’s critical success factors (CSFs)
- A listing of the project team members
- A listing of your team members, and the role each has been assigned
- Summary of communication strategy
- Listing of potential number of communication channels
- Web of relationships/network of stakeholders
- Matrix of communication needs
- Actions and deliverables needed to implement the plan
- Determine Project Timeline
- Team member orientation assignment submit by Sunday, April 1
- Final Project due April 26
