Air Charter Team provides ad-hoc air charters,wet and dry aircraft leases, utilizing aircraft of all sizes, makes, and models including helicopters, piston aircraft, turboprops, business jets, and airliners. Whether it’s a light twin-piston aircraft for 1 person or a Boeing 747 for 400 people, Air Charter Team has the right aircraft for the job.

Safety
All of the crews used on our business jet charters are vetted through Aviation Research Group's (ARG/US) database, which allows us to confirm the safety and performance of the crew members who are assigned to your flight. All of our operators are certified and in compliance with all DOT, FAA and ICAP (the GSA sponsored Interagency Committee for Aviation Policy) requirements.

The network of premium operators we have built over the years gives us the confidence that the charter aircraft we recommend are maintained at the highest industry standards and will be in place for an on-time departure.
Quotes
Quotes are at or below the Schedule 599-5 price list rates. Quotes are turned around within hours whenever possible. Air Charter Team shops the entire market and presents multiple quotes for each trip based on the requirements provided.
Confirmation and Contracts
Our confirmation documents and contracts are very simple and forthright, and clearly state all of the pertinent details of the charter. Every cost and amenity is clearly defined. Besides fuel variances, all associated costs are presented with the initial quote.
Charter Summary
Once a trip is quoted and confirmed, we present the most detailed charter summary document in the industry. Every detail, every contact, every possible issue regarding the charter is presented in an easy-to-read format that submitted electronically..
Web Tools
Our website offers a world of information about specific aircraft and includes "virtual tours" of many of the aircraft, making it possible to view the cabins and get a realistic sense of what is available. We offer dedicated web pages where customized charter information is posted and archived for future reference. These pages also offer a "real time" flight-tracking feature that will allow tracking the charter from your desktop as it makes its way across the country.

Air Charter Team, a small business, was founded in Kansas City in 1998 to provide superior aircraft charter management services by delivering a high level of customer service and communication. 2. MAXIMUM ORDER GUIDELINE: $1,000,000 each SIN
This maximum order is a dollar amount at which it is suggested that the ordering agency requesthigher discounts from the contractor before issuing the order. The contractor may: 1) Offer anew lower price, 2) Offer the lowest price available under the contract, or 3) Decline the orderwithin five (5) days. In accordance with the Maximum Order provisions contained in theSchedule, a delivery order may be placed against the Schedule contract even though it exceedsthe maximum order.
