CPC Minutes 2-16-16
The meeting of the UALR College Panhellenic Council was called to order at 5:34 p.m. President Ashleigh Wofford called roll and all three chapters were present. Kappa Delta delegate Jaci Montalvo motioned to add Sigma Lambda Gamma into Chapter Reports, and Chi Omega delegate Lindsey Roland seconded.
Reports of Officers
Advisor Jenny Dodson distributed the unapproved minutes for February 2nd, 2016, and the Vice President of Administration, Bailey Hullihan, distributed the unapproved minutes for February 9th, 2016.Kappa Delta motioned to approve the minutes for February 2nd, and Chi Omega seconded. Kappa Delta motioned to correct the February 9th minutes, corrections were made to the minutes and Chi Omega motioned to approve the minutes, Kappa Delta seconded. Vice President of Administration, Bailey Hullihan, read the account balances. Those balances were: Agency = $3945.83 and Allocated = $158.15. The Vice President of Membership Development, Mary Kate Riscoe, posted about February being the Month of the Scholar and will provide study tips throughout the week on social media. The Vice President of Recruitment, Jordan Thomas, discussed the meeting she had with Advisor, Jenny Dodson, talking about making changes to recruitment rules, and trying schedule a meeting with recruitment chairs or vice presidents from each sorority and their advisors. President, Ashleigh Wofford, mentioned her ideas for the project outside of campus life, and handed out papers to list values. She also discussed the scholarship available from The Greater Little Rock Alumni Panhellenic, given to an individual in a CPC organization, worth $250 and the requirements are a 3.0 and to have good standings with your chapter, available to freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, and March 7th is Badge Day.
Chapter Reports
During Chapter Reports, Chi Omega mentioned a list for those who have not attended Greek 101 still needed to be made, and their Make a Wish, wish granting event is on the 27th at the Jack Stephens Center. Kappa Delta also still needs a list for those who haven’t attended Greek 101, and they have created a committee for their bylaws. Also Kappa Delta mentioned that their social with Delta Chi was fun, and their Girl Scout event is on the 24th. Sigma Lambda Gamma discussed their Gamma Week events and times of events, and said all of their members will participate in Greek 101.

Advisor Comments
President Ashleigh Wofford called for the advisor comments. Advisor, Jenny Dodson, discussed the Greek 101 list, Badge Day, and upcoming events in March.

Chi Omega moved to adjourn and Kappa Delta seconded. The meeting adjourned at 6:04 p.m.
