  3. Secretary’s Report – no report
  4. Treasurer’s Report – no report

  6. Payments Update – any missing – Ultimatum?? No more ice until paid Kristy will follow up with few left
  7. Upcoming Dates: Feb 22 all PW league games done, Mar 1 all BT games done – we are on schedule
  8. Eligibility Forms Update – we are getting reports per Denise from schools
  9. Mega Raffle Update – get tickets turned in ASAP
  10. Northern Lights 15ND052 Mar 14 & 15: 8 teams registered to play
  11. Goalie Practice Update – need to get on this right away next season and get coaches qualified
  12. Referee Symposium – set up at beginning of season with ref clinic to get materials completed – talk to school about using computer lab
  13. New Business
  14. Winter Sports/New Arena – Chris – may need to talk to Dave/P&R/school to line up fundraising person
  15. Referee Report – what can we do to increase participation? – Chris to talk with Old Timers to gauge interest
  16. GYH Accountant – Kristy will get bids for this
  17. Trophy Collection – Jodi & Susan will tackle this
  18. Update on Committee Formation – Volunteer Hours – DIBs $50.00 per month – Heather gone/follow up in March
