What is the purpose of the data summary form?

This GGHS Data Summary is designed to allow students to summarize information gained in the Level 2 Self Assessment and Level 2 Student Activity. Students should complete the following questions as a class and submit by following the directions at the end.

Unlike the self-assessment, the data summary is submitted to the Georgia Green and Healthy Team. By using the information from this data summary, the GGHS team will be able to help your school identify areas of improvement that could help make your school “green and healthy,” as well as help your schools develop ideas for class projects to complete the Level 2 requirements. The Georgia Department of Natural Resources will use the information reported in the Data Summary to track positive environmental improvements that occur in the Georgia schools as a result of their participation in the GGHS program.
