------1.Rec''d Pixel Transformer for Aft ISIS alarm panel monitor and also 13 Diaphrams for Lube oil and Fuel oil differential Gages Mel Irwin
2.Stored and updated Inventory for ME Differential Gages Diaphragms for lube oil and fuel oil 6 each in Bins 7 and 8 and same work for both 3530038
3.Apparently Both MEs have been smoking and Stbd more so as info was rec''d from Capt. Emma when I arrived onboard
4.Replaced Pixel Transformer on Aft Car Deck ISIS Monitor now both Fwd and Aft are working correctly
5.Stbd ME Aft air channel nozzle was unplugged to check for moisture from humidity or air cooler leakage
6.Port ME 5 cyl. injector possibly faulty
7.Port ME Fwd air nozzle was unplugged to check for humidity moisture or leakage from air cooler
8.Found split bellows on spare Fuel oil limiter and informed Joe and Stew to acquire replacement plus O/Haul kits ,even though Aurel found part for bellows I informed him and Joe that I would require a housing on opposite end that houses the seal,oring and piston as there appears to be a casting flaw on the inner diameter where the piston slides and that a complete unit may be cheaper than repairing the old one
9.Port ME Fuel Limiter @ startup had no smoke from Stack with piston extended
10.Joe required Firing pressures taken on Stbd Me with the old Kiene gage that maxes out at 2000 psi and all cyl.s were at or above this
11.Stbd ME Fuel Limiter @ start up had no smoke from Stack and piston was not extended even when maneuvering
12.Replaced missing diaphragm on spare Lube Oil differential gage
13.Rec''d Internet from W/H Hub for Wireless and Desktop in C/E room and ECR Laptop
14.Added 1 barrel MTX 1540 to ME lube oil storage tank and 1 barrel of Cat oil 10W30 to Gen storage tank
15. Mooring cable got caught on Electrical Shore Power enclosure at Leamington dock damaging it beyond repair so a new one has to be fabricated possibly 4 week delivery so in the mean time the unit from Kingsville dock will be installed in Leamington for the remainder of time we tie up at nite in Leamington . If we don''t receive replacement then it will be reinstalled in Kingsville when we tie up there
16.Paul''s email stated during the summer sailing schedule it is the M/As responsibility to Cap and stow Sewage and water hoses so not in the way of Dockhands pulling mooring cables
17. Updated ME inventory Sect 7
18. Repaired Aft ramp joystick
19. Ran 3 Gen all night because of Damage to Shore Power connection
20. Ordered 1 barrel MTX 1540 and 1 barrel Cat 10W30
21.Tie up in Kingsville tonite due to wind and canceled attendance ojPhasor Elect. to meet us in Leamington for connection of K''ville Shore power breaker now installed in Leam
22.Rec''d 2 gages for testing lube oil shutdown on 1 Gen from Langemans
23.Alex Pelley was late for his watch @ 17:30 and barely made it for departure at 18:00 hrs after a phone call from myself. He was given his first and only verbal warning and was informed that he must pay B.Hillman back the time owed and the next warning will be a written warning.
24.Sinex Synchronizing appears to be working again as it failed Synchronizing numerous times since July,8/16 until July,22/16 and now it shows the last time it was synchronized
25.Called Phasor Elect. to inform them that we would be tied up at Leamington around 21:30 so they could be in attendance for going onto Shore Power with Kingsville Breaker in case of problems

28.Stew Froese replaced 3 Fan belts on Shore Gen @ 37988 hrs
29.Changed out Port M/E Aft fuel oil duplex filter early ,possibly because installed not clean
30.Fan belt cover guard on No.3 Gen broke off mounting straps again and damaged both belts running sea water pump ,installed new belts and left off cover until rewelded or I''ll find replacement cover from Cat if available
31.Installed Rad cap on No.2 Gen (rubber damaged)
32.Called for Fuel Oil delivery for July,26/16 @ 07:30 hrs
33.Shore Power cable when disconnected this morning was smoking and hot when unplugged from Kingsville installed Breaker that Phasor Elect. installed in Leamington and I informed Joe and he said not to use this until Phasor checks this out and he will call them
34.Sent Tara email and picture of StbdFwd Search bulb GE T11 115-120V 1000 Watt and sent Paul Text about same as we will be running trips at Mid Nights this weekend
35.Joe has been informed of Shore Power cable and Galley Refrigeration
36.Walkin Cooler was alarming and when P201-10 breaker was reset there appears to be no motor running in Aft HVAC compartment and also 4 door Freezer in Galley Breaker P201-6 is not keeping food frozen but the fan is operating and JaniksRefig. will attend at 17;30 July,24/16 .Food has been stored in Shed cooler and Freezer food stored in other freezers
37.Phasor Elect. will arrive in morning to check why Shore Cable is heating up with K''ville Breaker
