Manitowoc Corp (Foodservice) Following relocation from the USA, I have continued to consult with Manitowoc Corp for their EMEAheadquarters. Projects have been delivered from both Kerry and the following locations:

  • Birmingham UK- Responsible as Finance director for delivering the restructuring of a £24m manufacturing business from a loss making situation of (£0.8m) to a profit of £0.6m,having successfully rationalized the product line, introduced lean manufacturing and reestablished meaningful management reporting.
  • Guildford UK -Finance support to VP EMEA Sales who designed and implemented an excel based sales forecasting tool for 40 sales staff across 9 brands and 25 countries delivering $210m of sales through improved sales transparency and accountability.
  • Herborn Germany- Financial consultant responsible for the valuation of a European distribution business with t/o of €29m for potential management buyout .Completion of all projected financials for the stand alone business and development of future service agreement.
