Rental Rates

All rentals have A/C, TV/DVD, refrigerator, coffee maker & microwave. Those with kitchens also have dishes, glasses, utensils. Pots & pans are available.Please bring linens, pillows, & towels. All rates are based on a 2 night stay. Some rentals are available for 1 night with an additional surcharge.Pet fee is $25/5 days for the first pet and $10 for each additional. A 1 day non-refundable deposit is required. A valid credit card or a $100 cash deposit at check-in is required. All rentals are ‘NO-SMOKING’ per Ohio law. $100 fine! Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends are 3 night minimum, $5.00/night holiday fee, prepay, no refund.

Kozy Kabins (2): $70/night. Simple, rustic log cabins across from

thelake. Sleeps 6: full bed, 2 sets of bunk beds. Pets okay.

Boat House: $80/night. Cozy one room cottage with a lakefront

deck. Perfect for fishing. Sleeps 4: full bed and sleep sofa. Includes a private, non-attached bathroom. Pets okay.

Little A: $80/night. Quaint, two-story A-frame cottage overlooking

the lake. Sleeps 6: full bed, sleep sofa and sleeping nook. Includes a private, non-attached bathroom. Pets okay.

Main Street: $114/night. Two bedroom park model with room to

spare and anice covered deck. Sleeps 8: queen bed, 2 sets of bunks and a sleep sofa. Kitchen and bathroom. Pets okay.

Poplar Point: $114/night. Roomy camper with a with a Florida

room that is close to all the activities for the family. Sleeps 6: full bed, 2 sleep sofas. Kitchen and bathroom. Pets okay.

Bass Point: $119/night. A wood cabin with a screened front porch

Next to our lake. Sleeps 7: full bed, sleep sofa, and carpeted sleeping loft for 3. Kitchen and bathroom. Pets okay.

LakeView: $139/night. Spacious 2 story park model with double

lofts, large covered porch and views ofthe lake. Sleeps 8: full bed, 2 sleeping lofts and sleeper sofa. Kitchen and bathroom. Pets okay.

LakeSide: $139/night. Large two bedroom with a huge Florida

room. Situated next to the lake with a large yard. Queen bedroom, doublebed bunk bed bedroom and a sleep sofa. Kitchen and bathroom. Pets okay.

Deluxe: $139/night. Spacious and bright parkmodel on the lake

witha covered patio. Sleeps 7: full bed, sleep sofa, andsleeping loft. Kitchen and bathroom. Sorry, no pets.

Poolside 1: $139/night. 2 bedroom park model located between the

playground &pools with a very large covered porch. Perfect for families. Sleeps 6: full bedroom and bunk bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom. Pets okay.

Poolside 23: $139/night. 2 bedroom all wood cabins with

porches situated in the heart of the activities. Sleeps 6: full bedroom and bunk bedroom. Kitchen and Bathroom. Sorry, no pets.
