Clearing Your Browser Cache and Cookies
/ Firefox 30 and later- From the History menu, select Clear Recent History
 - From the Time rangedropdown menu, select the desired range to clear. To clear your entire cache, select Everything
 - From the Details section, choose which elements of the history to clear. Select at least Cookies, Cache and Active Logins
 - Click theClear Now button
 - Close and thenrestart your browser
 
- Press Ctrl+ Shift + Delete to open Clear All History
 - Select desired option from Time Range to clear: drop-down
 - With Details open, select at least:
 
- Cookies
 - Cache
 
- Click theClear Now button
 - Close and restart your browser
 
Firefox: Set Automatic Clear for Cookies and Cache
- At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Tools menu and then select Options
 - Select the Privacy panel
 - In the History section, set Firefox to Use custom settings for history
 - Select the check box for Clear history when Firefox closes
 - Beside Clear history when Firefox closes, click the Settings... button The Settings for Clearing History window will open
 - In the Settings for Clearing History window, click the check mark boxes next to at leastCookies, Cache and Active Logins
 - Click OK to close the Settings for Clearing History window
 - Click OK to close the Options window
 - Close and restart your browser
 
/ Google Chrome
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open Clear Browsing Data (or enter chrome://settings/clearBrowserData in the browser bar)
 - From the Obliterate the following items from: drop-down menu, choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select ‘the beginning of time’
 - Select at leastCookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and filesalong withany other items you want to clear (such as Passwords, Browsing history or Download history)
 - Click theClear browsing data button
 - Close and restart your browser
 
/ Internet Explorer 10 and 11
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open Delete Browsing History
 - UNcheck Preserve Favorites website data
 - On Delete Browsing History check at least:
 
- Temporary Internet files
 - Cookies
 - History
 
- Click the Delete button
 - Close and then restart your browser
 
/ Microsoft Edge
- Click the Hubicon.
 - Click the Historyicon.
 - Click the Clear all history link.
 - On Clear Browsing Data, select at least Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files.
 - Click the Clear button.
 - Close and then restart your browser
