By submitting this proposal, I/we agree to the following terms:

  1. I/we are not commercial vendors or publishers.
  2. Upon selection, I/we agree to respond in a timely manner to LTEL Institute organizer requests for additional information.
  3. I/we agree that I/we are available to present at any time specified during the LTEL Institute hours (8:30 am to 3:30 pm) on Tuesday, January 29, 2013.
  4. The LTEL Institute organizers reserve the right to edit presentation titles and descriptions as necessary and list presentations in different and/or multiple strands.
  5. The LTEL Institute does not pay for travel or lodging expenses for presenters or an honorarium.
  6. I/we understand that one complimentary LTEL Institute registration fee will be awarded per selected proposal and all additional presenters will be required to pay the registration fee.
  7. A table, power strip, LCD, and screen will be provided for each session. Additional audiovisual equipment (computer, etc.) is the responsibility of the presenter (can be rented at venue at an additional cost to each presenter or bring your own).If selected, I will bring my own computer or arrange to rent one through the venue (form will accompany presentation confirmation letter).
