October 4 – 6Senior Shirt orders taken at lunch – 2nd order

Senior Lunch on sale for $5 Wednesday and Thursday. They will be delivered Friday, Oct 6
October 20Homecoming
November 3Senior Night at the football game. Wear your
Senior shirt.
Only seniors and their parents who have
participated in fall sports
(football, cross country, competition cheerleading and band) will get in free…all other seniors must
pay admission.
October 24Senior Class meeting during 4th Period IF to distribute order forms for announcements and other senior items.
Announcements are sent to friends and relatives telling them you are graduating.
TICKETS will be given to you in May to give to the people you want to attend the graduation ceremony. The number of tickets given to each student will depend on the number of students graduating. Tickets will only be used for an indoor graduation, seating for an outdoor graduation is on a first come, first seated basis. The current plan is to hold the graduation ceremony outdoors in the football stadium.
November 1 & 2 Turn in announcement orders during lunch to the Balfour representative.

All announcements must be ordered by February 1st if you want to receive the “official” Union Grove announcement
If you do not purchase the school announcement by Feb. 1st, you will need to obtain announcements on your own from local print shops or Hallmark stores.
January 23 & 24Pay Senior Fees of $85.00 if you have not already
ordered online
Senior fees include the cost of the cap, gown, stole, diploma, diploma cover and all the equipment and decorations used for the graduation ceremony.

All seniors must turn in a cap and gown order form.
If you do not graduate, your money will be refunded.

June 1Graduation Ceremony --UGHS Football Field
All seniors, male and female, will be wearing burgundy robes with a silver graduation collar. Dark shoes are to be worn by males and females.
The graduation exercises for UGHS seniors will be a formal, dignified ceremony celebrating their academic accomplishments. Students and their guests are asked to conduct themselves accordingly.
It is a student’s choice whether or not they wish to participate in the graduation ceremony. If they do not wish to participate, their diploma may be picked up in the counseling office the Tuesday after graduation.
