TEST 3

COVERAGE AND FORMAT

·  Test 3 (Final) covers

o  inventory models (chapter 8),

o  queuing models (chapter 9) and

o  simulation models (chapter 10).

·  Test 3 is a take home test

POSTING TEST 3

·  Test 3 will be posted online on or before 10:00PM on May 9, 2012 (Wednesday)

SUBMITTING TEST

·  Write multiple choice answers on the summary worksheet of Answer file.

·  Merge all worksheets into Answer file; label them according to question number. If there are more than one worksheet for a problem, label them with a letter as sub-number, such as 16A, 16B etc.

·  Arrange worksheet in ascending order of question numbers.

·  Save your answer file under the following file name:

(LAST NAME),(FIRST NAME), example: John Smith should save the file under

S / M / I / T / H / , / J / O / H / N

·  eMail the Answer file to the following address by 10:00 PM on May 13, 2012 to the following address depending which class you are in:

·  Write the followings in the subject line in upper case: (LAST NAME),(FIRST NAME) –same as file name.

·  Do not include any message on your email; just send the Answer file as attachment. Send any questions to the address.

·  All questions about test should be sent at one time on May 12 (Saturday) to and will be replied during the day.

RULES AND DISCIPLINE

·  Each student should do their work independently. Any collaboration is not acceptable. University policy for academic dishonesty (http://www.fullerton.edu/senate/PDF/300/UPS300-021.pdf)is to be strictly followed.

·  Show your work for every problem. Answer with no work shown or inconsistent with your work receives no credit.
