The property located at 10200 Arno Road consists of a two residences and a garage. The small rectangular house sits on a concrete foundation with a side gable roof and is sheathed in lapped wood siding with composition shingles on the gable ends. The gable roof has exposed rafter tails. On the front of the house is a small, attached porch with a widow’s walk. The porch roof is flat and supported by four square posts. A single wooden 1 by 4 baluster runs around the entire perimeter of the porch. The windows are fixed picture windows with decorative shutters. The second residence, located to the southwest of the first residence, is modern and less than 50 years old. The garage is also modern. It sits to the west of both residences.
