Individual Skills Camp

Advanced

Geared for female players who have had some volleyball playing experience.

  • June 1th – 4th, 2009 (Mon – Thurs)
  • 9AM – 3PM
  • Incoming 7th through 12th graders
  • Bring a sack lunch each day
  • Cost: $125.00 Non-Refundable

This camp is open to girls with advanced skills interested in learning more about the game of volleyball. Camp sessions are designed to improve the fundamental skills of volleyball: serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and defense. A defensive session will be conductedeach day. Strategies and team concepts will be taught through fun, competitive team drills.

Players will be grouped according to age, experience, and skill level.

Individual Skills Camp

Beginning - Intermediate

  • June 8th – 11th, 2009(Mon-Thurs)
  • 9AM – Noon
  • Incoming 5th – 9th graders
  • Cost: $90.00 Non-Refundable

This camp is designed to introduce and/or improve the fundamental skills of volleyball with high level instruction in all skills of the game including serving, serve receive, blocking, spiking, setting, individual defense, team defense and offense. Lots of repetition and movement as well as individual instruction ending with game playwill round out what will be an outstanding growth experience for the volleyball campers.

Players will be grouped according to age, experience, and skill level.
