7 marbled black and white Mead® composition notebooks, 100 pages, wide ruled

6 heavy-duty plastic 2-pocket folders

4 boxes of 12-count sharpened Dixon Ticonderoga® #2 pencils

1 package of 50-count Crayola® colored pencils

4 Avery® large glue sticks (1.27 oz.)

4 rolls of Scotch® tape (for the classroom dispensers)

3 packages of 3in. x 3in. lined Post-It® Notes

2 boxes of tissues (for a total of at least 200 tissues)

1 roll of paper towels

1 container of natural (non-toxic) wipes for cleaning

1 protractor

1 art smock (an old adult shirt)

1 pair of earbuds

1 package of Papermate Flair felt-tip pens (black, 4-pack)

*This is a general supply list for all fourth grade classes. Once your child has been placed in a particular teacher’s class for the school year, that teacher may send a letter home requesting a few supplies in addition to those listed above.
