Example. of Body:Paragraphs 2-4

Foremost, a functional fashion rule is needed for it enables reasonable coziness. First, students can wear clothing that appropriately feed the relaxed side of their nature, creating a way to absorb learning, since an academic forum is the goal of every institution. People in general like to wear personal clothing. Also, individuals relaxed clothing not just for comfort sake, but for practicality. Uniforms including skirts are embarrassing for females when they bend over to pick up items. Males wearing ties find that these ties will lay on work over a desk to obscure it. Collars are suffocating and can cause blood loss to the brain. As Mr. Smith, a defending stake holder from Long Beach conceded, “Uniforms might not be right for every district (Dallas Morning News 154). Not every may agree with uniforms but comfort can positively impact a younger person’s life One day a young boy came to school in a tie that was almost choking him, and all throughout the day he was pulling and tugging at it. His older sister had to sit in the office for two hours due to itching. This ding rule of uniforms inhibits that in the end, pupils may not feel safe in their own school.

Consequently, dispirited attire should be regulated by the virtue of liberation. Everyone should be able to express themselves. School uniforms infringe upon a student's First Amendment. Wearing a uniform may discriminate against students from minority backgrounds. Dress codes and school uniforms have existed in America for more than 100 years. The constitutionality of these codes was first challenged in a 1969 U.S. Supreme Court case called Tinker v. Des Moines, which involved students who were banned by their school district from wearing black armbands to school to protest the Vietnam War (Yates Seattle PI). The First Amendment states that Congress cannot pass laws “abridging the freedom of speech.” This freedom doesn't just apply to the spoken word but encompasses many forms of expression, including clothing. Americans also have a right to education, so to maintain a productive learning environment; many schools have instituted dress codes. U.S. courts have ruled that these codes do not violate students' civil rights, as long as they are consistent and fair.

Therefore, loose standards of uniforms are vital since they are more affordable. Some families have a strong time at home as it is and having the stress on having to purchase uniforms for his/her child or children would cause it to take food off the table. If someone loses a component of their uniform, this would cost more than ordinary clothing. Within this situation, investing in normal clothes would be easier and affordable. Parents who barely can afford students tuition will now have to afford clothing for school and outside school. Student uniforms must also be at their cleanest and finest in order not to get in any trouble. Now it’s a laundry problem too. If students wear regular clothes which could be less expansive then regular clothes its less money and less effort. One could just wear a plain t shirt, sneakers, and jeans without ironing them and washing to its cleanest for. It is true that dress codes should be relaxed for uniforms are terribly expensive.

EX. of Concession and rebuttal: Paragraph 5

Factually, precise apparel laws promote less bullying. This may be flexible for parent's schedules and provide confidence within them. This is evident in fact that they don't have to take time to go out and buy clothes. However, if scholars exist in school where there is love and acceptance, less violence would occur anyway. This regulation distributes bounteous freedom and comfort. This also enriches a better look of the world and how people view it. “Bullies are smart. They will just find some other way to show status” (St. Catharine Standard.CA). Who has the best iPod, who has the most games at home, who went on the biggest vacation? If kids want to pick on someone about how rich or how poor they are, clothes are one obvious symbol but there are a lot of other obvious ways for them to do it.

EX. of Conclusion of Essay: Paragraph 6

Conclusively, calm array of procedures are essential for peace, individuality, and minimum charge. Foremost, pupils may not feel safe in their own school. Wearing a uniform may discriminate against students from minority backgrounds. U.S. courts have ruled that these codes do not violate students' civil rights, as long as they are consistent and fair. Within this situation, investing in normal clothes would be easier and affordable. It is true that dress codes should be relaxed for uniforms are terribly expensive. Thus, bearing an individual style would increase one’s self-esteem. So write to the principal of your school today and let them know that you deserve a more convenient expression of yourself.
