WRITE A REVIEW ON ANY THEATRE HD PRODUCTION
AND WIN YOUR FREE SEASON TICKET FOR WINTER SECTION OF
SEASON 2014/2015
British Council Ukraine in partnership with Cool Connections opens a review competition. For those who enjoy watching UK Theatre HD ( there is a unique chance to win a free season ticket valid for two persons for all the screenings of winter section of season 2014/2015.
To enter the competition you must:
-Write and publish one review for any of the Theatre HD screenings on Facebook or VK using the #TheatreHD hashtag and a link to British Council Ukraine website;
-Download from our web site the participation form (available at and fill it in including a link to your review;
-Email your participation form to adding “Theatre HD competition”into email subject field;
-Make sure your Facebook or VK page is open for public access.
Other requirements:
-Each review must be no more than 450 words;
-Review can be written for any of Theatre HD productions available in film theatres from 09 September till 16 December 2014;
-Review must be written in Ukrainian, English or Russian;
-Deadline for submission –16 December 2014.
Prize:
The winner will be awarded with free season ticket for two persons valid for all Theatre HD screenings during the period of mid January–end ofMarch 2015 (exact dates to be confirmed) in one of the film theatres taking part in the project. Competition is open for film theatres in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odessa.
An award ticket shall be valid for all premiere screenings during the season, and shall not include their repeat screenings.
Ticket issue and exact dates to be discussed with the winner.
Eligible Candidates:
Competition is open to Ukrainian citizens, aged 18+ years old.
Selection Process:
The winner will be selected by the Jury panel consisting of representatives of the British Council Arts Team and Cool Connections.
The main selection criteria will be an original and well-written review of any Theatre HD screenings available in film theatres from 09 September till 16 December 2014.
Only the winner will be contacted.

Other Conditions:
The award tickets are not redeemable for cash.
If a winner shall not be able to attend any/some of the screenings, he/she will be authorised to hand over a right to attend a screening to a third party.
The winner gives consent for his/her name and reviews to appear in the British Council newsletter, on our website, social media outlets and other promotional materials.
Participant confirms that all the information submitted in participation form is correct and that a review submitted is an original piece of text.
Participation in the competition implies the acceptance of these conditions.
Failure to comply with any of the obligations described above will entail the loss of the award.
