West Yorkshire – Finding Independence (WY – FI)

The West Yorkshire-Finding Independence (WY-FI) project will improve the lives and wellbeing of people with some of the most entrenched multiple needs (experiencing at least 3 of; homelessness, mental ill-health; problematic substance use and/or offending behaviour). The project will support those individuals who don’t engage in services, revolve in and out of services or are excluded from services.
The project, funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund, will support 9 partner organisations working across West Yorkshire to deliver improvements to the service user journey by enabling integrated and effective working between services and agencies.
