Suggested arrival at Calgary Airport for check in.
Depart Calgary on Westjet flight WS698.
Arrive Toronto.
Depart Toronto on Westjet flight WS1206.
Arrive La Guardia Airport, New York.
On arrival you will be met by our Educational World Tours staff member and transferred to your hotel by private charter bus for check in.
Unload luggage and equipment.
There will be study time in your hotel rooms once you have unpacked and freshened up.

Suggested arrival at Calgary Airport for check in.
Depart Calgary on Westjet flight WS384.
Arrive Toronto.

Arrive La Guardia Airport, New York.
On arrival you will be met by our Educational World Tours staff member and transferred to your hotel by private charter bus for check in.
Unload luggage and equipment.

Dinner at Sbarro’s Restaurant.
After dinner you will transfer back to your hotel by private charter buses.

Continental breakfast at your accommodation (served from 6.00am).
Load your equipment onto your buses.
Depart on an educational tour with step on guides including a stop at Ground Zero, a stop at Central Park to see the Dakota Apartments and the John Lennon Memorial at Strawberry Fields, and if time permits a stop in Grand Central Terminal to see this beautiful historic building.
Purchase lunch in the lower food court of the Grand Central Terminal.
Transfer to Delbarton School in Morristown, New Jersey. This will take approximately 1.5 hours.
Warm up time for the choir.
Choir performance, adjudication and mini-clinic at the Festival of Music.
After your performance you will transfer back to your hotel in Manhattan. Unload your equipment. There will be some time to change into warm clothes for this evening’s game.
Transfer to Citi Field in Corona by your private charter buses..
New York Mets vs The Nationals. No dinner is included tonight so that you can buy hot dogs, etc., and experience the true “flavor” of the game.
Transfer back to your hotel by your private charter buses.

Transfer to the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Entrance to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Pre ordered Subway sandwiches and pop will be picked up by your Educational World Tours staff member and a driver while you are at the Met Museum.
Transfer to Battery Park.
Depart on a harbour cruise which will take you past the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, the Brooklyn Street Bridge and other famous New York sights.
Walk to the 911 Memorial.
911 Memorial visit time.
On arrival back in Battery Park you will transfer to your hotel to change for the evening.
Transfer to Applebee’s Restaurant.
Dinner at Applebee’s Restaurant.
Transfer from Applebee’s Restaurant to the Lincoln Centre.
Evening at the New York Philharmonic in the Avery Fisher Concert Hall – Alan Gilbert, Joshua Bell, Bernstein, Rouse and Ives Premiere.
There will be a Question and Answer session after the show with a member of the Philharmonic.
Transfer back to your hotel.

Meet your step on guides and depart on your tour of Harlem.
Morning gospel service at a church in Harlem. Afterwards your guides will take you on a brief tour of the highlights of Harlem.
There will be time to purchase lunch at the Rockefeller Center.
Transfer to the Bernard B Jacobs Theatre.
Tickets to “Once”.
Transfer to Dallas BBQ Restaurant.
Dinner at Dallas BBQ restaurant.
Transfer to the Rockefeller Center.
Entrance to the Top of the Rock for the views of Manhattan and New York.
Transfer back to your hotel.

Transfer to Carroll Studios.
On arrival you will unload equipment and set up for your clinics.
Musical workshops with Philharmonic clinicians - one band and one choral clinic.
Transfer back to your hotel to unload luggage and equipment. Change for the evening.
Transfer to Ellen’s Stardust Diner.
Dinner at Ellen’s Stardust Diner with singing wait staff.
Transfer to the Nederlander Theatre
Tickets to “Newsies”.
After the show you will transfer back to your hotel.
