Frontline Teachschape was bought out by mylearning plan and now they are all under the Frontline umbrella. Frontline Solutions will house the following:

Teachers will have DR card when training happens what type of training and hours. Also with Frontline all evaluations are in one place and can be tweaked if needed.

April 29 SGO’s must be uploaded into teachscape
May2 All observations must be completed, and post conferences and evaluation summary signed off for non-tenured/non-instructional staff by May2nd.
May3-6 Face to face meetings to be held with Principals, Superintendent and Cabinet on staff non-renewals and denial of increment recommendations
May 9 Human Resources Administrator meets and informs staff recommended for non-renewal.
May 10 Recommended Board Action to renew non-tenured staff teachers, administrators, aides and clerical staff. Superintendent informs board of non-renewal and recommends increment withholdings.
May 16-20 Donaldson Hearings commence
June1 Deadline for completion and submission of observations and signed off annual evaluations of non-certificated staff (clerical, paras, and security) and all tenured certificated staff.
June12 Board approves for the record employees recommended for non-renewal for SY2016-17
Evaluation Tree- Discussed 3b: Using question and Discussion Techniques & 1f: Designing student assessments as a needs improvement area of concern. Provide PD and Delve into areas that need improvement.
As a district we have improved on children not reacting to visitors because it has become part of the culture.
As a committee we discussed Total Walkthroughs up to April . District has completed 1,232 walkthroughs. Walkthroughs that are counted are completed by supervisors, Vice principals, and Principals. We also addressed areas that we have improved as well as areas of improvement as a district.

Mrs. Smiley discussed 2014-2015- mSGPS Data- For mSGP to be part of a teacher’s evaluation in 2014-2015,the teacher must have been: Assigned to a grade 4-8 language arts course or grade 4-7 math course for 60% or more of the year prior to the date on which the state test was administered, and Assigned 20 unique students by the district through the Course Roster Submission in 2014-2015 alone, or in 2013-14- and 2014-15 combined. These students must have been enrolled for 70% or more of the course duration prior to the administration of the test.
