DIESEL FUEL FOR SPECIFIED SEATTLECITY LIGHT VEHICLES

Nelson Distributing Company will provide diesel and regular unleaded fuel for the following Seattle City Light vehicles only:

Price will vary according to Chevron’s posted price at Seattle, Washington. City is exempt from Federal Tax under #91730099K.

Vendor will issue credit cards for each vehicle with that equipment’s license and equipment number on each card. The vendor will also issue a second card to be used in conjunction with the first one with the Crew Chief Bob Losik on each card. Vendor will provide computerized billing each month indicating date, time, equipment number, mileage, and amount of purchase. Billing to be sent to:

SECTION III

TEMPORARY: DIESELFUELFORCITY OF SEATTLE FLEET VEHICLES

(AUTHORITY TO PROCURE FUEL UNDER THIS SECTION THOROUGH 6/30/05)

Bio-diesel mix B20 (20% blend of bio-diesel with 80% ultra-low sulfur diesel). Bio-diesel to meet ASTM bio-diesel designation D6751-02 Standard Specification for Bio-diesel (B100) blend stock distillate fuels.

Conocco Phillips or U.S. Oil posted price plus $.065/GAL at over rack, for truck and trailer deliveries and $.13 over rack per gallon for tank wagon (small) deliveries. City is exempt from Federal Tax under #91730099K. Vendor to verify posted price at time of order.

Vendor shall retain a sample of every delivery, for a period of one (1) year. Vendor shall flush each tank with LSD, prior to vendor pick up of B20.

Vendor is required to coordinate all orders, confirmation of rate rates and deliveries, under Section III of this contract with: Dave Kerrigan, Fleet Director, Tel : (206) 684-0142, Jamie Kaiser at Tel: (206) 386-1159 or Darrell Davis at (206) 386-1197, or other designee as authorized by the Fleet Director.
