Task Description and Instructions to Students

TASK
You are the technician at a small accounting firm. The staff have asked you to install Ubuntu on some of their computers. They do not perform, and do not know how to perform preventative maintenance on their computers. You are to do this for them and provide training manual on how to perform these tasks.
For future reference, you are to document the whole process including screenshots as a training guide for future installations. This document will have five parts:
1.  An installation plan/timeline.
2.  An instructional manual that outlines the installation process for future technicians who may be asked to repeat your task.
3.  An instruction manual so that all staff can perform preventative maintenance on their own hard drive.
4.  A user guide for clients, outlining the major features of the Linux based operating system.
5.  Client satisfaction feedback form.
