(a)  Welcome and Introductions

(b)  Discuss fifth position on PQC

(c)  Discuss process for filling the Commissioner vacancy created by the end of the Chair Tena Pate’s service on March 31, 2016.

1.  Set advertisement period for position

2.  Determine the best way to post the advertisement

3.  Review and approve application packet for Commissioner position

(d)  Create a proposed timeline which completes the process in time to get three (3) names submitted to the Governor and Cabinet for consideration at the June 9th Cabinet Meeting.

1.  Set next conference call to decide if to hold interview and who to interview for the position

2.  Set a day to hold interviews
