I understand that I will be responsible for taking reasonable care of the townhouse. I also understand I will replace, repair or pay for any breakage or damage. Reasonable wear and tear is expected. Kimberly and/or Timothy Bulgarelli accept no responsibility for accidents, theft, damage, bad weather, loss of baggage, or delays due to the fault of any entity used to carry out this reservation. Additionally, former guests may leave behind recreational equipment (boogie boards, rafts, snorkeling gear, etc.), the owner’s are not responsible for any injuries connected to the use of said items.
Should any dispute arise in connection with townhouse, including loss of part of all of any security deposit, it shall be resolved directly with the owners, Kimberly and Timothy Bulgarelli and the guest. Kimberly and Timothy Bulgarelli shall have no liability whatsoever to the guest other than set forth in the reservation. If the townhouse becomes unavailable for any reason after these reservations are made, the owners,Kimberly and Timothy Bulgarelli, shall either refund all moneys paid or offer substitute comparable accommodations. A substitute accommodation may be accepted by verbal communication or by taking possession. It is agreed that the State of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction for this townhome reservation and agreement. Unused portions of the accommodation or other charges are non-refundable.
The townhome will be inspected prior to each guest arrival and again immediately upon departure. Should the townhouse require extensive cleaning following your departure additional charges will be billed to you. The unit is designated NON-SMOKING: Should you or a guest inadvertently smoke in the townhouse additional cleaning charges will be applied. Professional air purification services are required to return the unit to its original status. The cost for these charges will be billed to you, and can reach $500 or more. Our townhome inventory is inspected and recorded prior to each guest arrival and again immediately following each guest departure. You will be billed for the repair or replacement of any damaged items, or items that have been removed and not returned to the unit.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Requests for late checkouts may be subject to a fee and must be made at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. We will accommodate requests based upon availability. If you are scheduled on a late flight we recommend booking the home for an additional night to ensure availability.
The owners are not responsible for items lost or items left in the unit at your departure. Any requests for articles left in the townhome to be shipped to a guest are subject to the applicable postage fee and a handling charge of $25.
Cancellation policy: All cancellations are subject to a $75.00 administration fee. No refunds are made for unused nights resulting from late arrivals or early departures regardless of cause. Deposits for the townhouse are fully refundable if cancellation is made 70 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 30-69 days of arrival date, will be refunded only if the owner’s are able to rebook the unit. If cancellation occurs within 29 days of arrival, deposit is not refundable. Reservation policies, terms and rates are subject to change.
