REGULAR MEETING August 17, 2011
Commissioner Petcu called the Regular Meeting of August 17, 2011 to order at 7:02 pm.
Also present were Commissioner Hoopman, Commissioner Catron, and Administrative Aide Wendy Canoy. Guest list attached.
Commissioner Petcu informed the Board that Chief Graeber and crew are at a structure fire tonight.
Commissioner Hoopman moved to approve the Agenda as written. Motion seconded.
Vote: Aye – 3, Nay – 0. Motion carried.
Commissioner Catron moved to approve the July 20, 2011 Regular Meeting Minutes. Motion seconded. Vote: Aye – 3, Nay – 0. Motion carried.
Calendar
The Board discussed holding the next Commissioner’s Meeting at Station 3-2 on Krabbenhoft Road.
Commissioner Catron moved to hold the next regular meeting at Station 3-2 on September 21, 2011. Motion seconded. Vote: Aye – 3, Nay – 0. Motion carried.

Correspondence/Communications
1. Thank You Card from Diane and Steve Hartley – for pig roast at Station 3-2
2. Grapeview Community Assoc. regarding user fee invoice.

July/August Revenue - $1,424.48. Copy attached.

Budget
The Board examined the budget. It reflects the current vouchers and is on track.
Vouchers
The following August vouchers were approved for payment:
EXPENSE:
Voucher numbers: 277 through 317totaling $22,189.40
EMS:
Voucher numbers: 318 through 319 totaling $292.72
Commissioner Hoopman moved to accept and pay Expense vouchers 277 through 317 in the
amount of $22,189.40 and EMS vouchers 318 through 319 in the amount of $292.72 totaling
$22,482.12 for August, 2011. Motion seconded. Vote: Aye- 3, Nay-0. Motion carried.
Unfinished Business
1. Buildings and Grounds
Commissioner Catron said the grounds at Station 3-2 need to be dressed before the next meeting
by mowing and using the weed-eater around the station. He will work on it with Chief.
2. Vehicles
All vehicles are in good running condition.

Chief’s Report
Call Report/Membership Summary. Copy attached.
In Chief’s absence Administrative Aide Canoy read the call report/membership summary
and a letter from Assistant Chief Sobotka, District 5, thanking District 3 personnel for mutual
aid response to an MVA on Hwy 302 in Victor.
