IMPORTANT:
If the proposed examiner has no external examining experience at the level of the programme for which s/he is nominated, the Committee will require a rationale for the appointment and details of how the nominee will be inducted and supported. The nomination will not normally be accepted unless these confirm that the nominee has relevant internal examining experience or will be working with an experienced team.
If the nominee has two current and substantial external examining appointments the nomination will not normally be accepted without a clear rationale.
