MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MURRAYHILL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION HELD ON MARCH10, 2016,AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE HOMETOWN CENTER, 11010 SW TEAL BOULEVARD, BEAVERTON, OR 97007.

Community Manager Nancy La Voie certified that notice of the annual meeting was mailed to homeowners on or about February 19, 2016.
- APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES - March 12, 2015
AGREED: Paul Cohen made a motion to approve the 2015 Annual Meeting minutes. Lawrence Snyder seconded the motion and was carried unanimously.
- REPORTS AND DISCUSSIONS
- BEAVERTON NEIGHBORHOOD POLICE OFFICER
Officer Henderson was introduced as a member of the Beaverton Police Department and is part of our neighborhood response team. Officer Henderson is a nine year COB, narcotics and vice training officer. He stated that the neighborhood does a good job of watching out for each other. He mentioned that the majority of crime is conducted by small percentage of the population. Questions regarding an increase in transients, and increase in speeding / traffic control.
- APRIL OLBRICH, COORDINATOR FOR THE TUALATIN RIVER WATERSHED COUNCIL
Ms. Olbrich introduced community member Shelly Seger who has been volunteering for the past nine years. Ms. Olbrich, Shelly Segar and Christian Haaning, Clean Water Services reported on the 2015 activities for enhancement of the natural areas in Murrayhill, and reported on upcoming 2016 activities.
- REGENCY CENTERS
Bret Walton/Matt Bray highlighted the update and repair of Murrayhill Shopping Center. Work should be completed in September or October, 2016.
- REPORTS OF OFFICERS
- PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Clay Moorhead began the meeting by introducing three major areas of work at Murrayhill: landscape maintenance, architectural control and compliance to maintain quality of the community.
He recognized Steve Kuhn for his 26 years volunteering for the Board Landscape Committee. He also recognized Scott Wilson for his 23 years volunteering on the Architectural Review Committee, as well as being a Board member since 2010.
- FINANCIAL REPORT
a)There are $801,000 in total assets.
b)$100,000 carry over from 2015.
Questions about landscape maintenance; and ground water runoff by the veterinarian offices. Also, questions regarding collection costs and association operations.
- SELECTION OF ELECTION INSPECTOR - NONE
- ELECTION OF ONE DIRECTOR
There is one, three-year term available for election on the Board of Directors. Scott Wilsonhas been nominated for reelection.
AGREED: Paul Cohen made amotion to elect Scott Wilson to a three-year term on the Board of Directors. William Athenas seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.

- TAX RESOLUTION 70-604
AGREED: William Athenas made a motion to approve the Tax Revenue Ruling 70-604. Paul Cohen seconded the motion anditcarried unanimously.
