PROPERTY MANAGER

Job Description – Due to our growing management portfolio, we are seeking to add a property manager. Our property managers are assigned a group of properties from within our portfolio. Our property managers are primarily involved in tenant relations, property inspections, overseeing property repair and maintenance bidding, hiring contractors, and completion of work, expense budgeting, and monthly reporting to clients. The property manager reports to the Vice President of Property Management.
Desired Skills and Experience – Prior shopping center experience preferred, but not required. Good customer service skills required, as well as ability to multi-task and prioritize a number of projects at the same time.
