Purchaser agrees to the following conditions of sale:
1) The C.F.A (Cat Fanciers’ Association) is aggressively against finger amputation, and I share their view. Therefore I require that you do not declaw, nor have kitten/cat undergo a tendon-cutting procedure. “Declawing.com” can clarify reasons.
2) Under no circumstances will said kitten/cat be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, research laboratory, Animal Control facility, or similar facility.
3) Adequate indoor sanitary facilities will be provided and this kitten/cat will not be allowed to roam outdoors.
4) If you are not able to keep this kitten/cat for any reason, it is agreed that whoever takes over the care of this kitten/cat will abide by this same contract.
5) If this kitten/cat is found to be neglected, mistreated or in ill health for an unreasonable length of time, purchaser will surrender said kitten/cat to seller unconditionally.
6) This kitten/cat is presumed purchased as a pet, unless otherwise stated bellow, (Other Conditions) and purchaser agrees to neuter this kitten/cat before the age of one year and guarantees that it will not be used for breeding purposes. If cat/kitten is 6 months or older, neuter will be done within thirty (30) days of purchase.
7) Seller makes no guarantee as to the future health or show quality of this kitten/cat except as stated. To the best of my knowledge this kitten/cat is in good health and has no congenital or other defects. If this kitten/cat is examined by a licensed veterinarian within fourteen (14) days of purchase and is found to have any health problems, the kitten/cat should be returned to seller with written documentation from a licensed veterinarian, on their letterhead, for the choice of any unselected kitten/cat.

Worming: Not necessary unless otherwise detected through fecal examination.
Feeding Instructions: Royal Canin, Eukanuba, Science Diet, and Iams are all recommended brands. Feed the kitten growth formula up to a year, then adult maintenance.
Wet food adds protein and liquid to their diet and can be given in addition to dry food.
The Siamese and Balinese breed are susceptible to Stomatitis. Therefore, teeth cleaning by a Veterinarian once a year is recommended.
Never leave your kitten/cat outside, even for a minute!!! This leads to disease, fleas, tapeworm, and/or loss of your pet. Your cat can be stolen, hit by a car, poisoned with insecticides, and other animals can kill your pet.
Flea Control: No store bought flea sprays, dips, powders or collars!!! Only use Vet approved from Vet. Frontline, Program, Advantage and Resolution are the best. This
Breed is very sensitive to store bought flea products, they may make them sick.
