Please reserve a 10’ x 10’ space at the OKTOBERFEST BRAT COOKING CONTEST on Friday & Saturday. Enclosed is my payment in full. I understand that all fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. (Please make checks payable to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and note: BRAT Contest).

Entry Fee includes one team entry into the Corn Hole Contest.

This provides asphalt spot with electricity, water, trash can, and use of a porta potty.

I have read and agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing the St. Francis Oktoberfest Brat Contest. I understand that failure to comply with all regulations will require removal of my team from the said event. I understand that I assume all risk of any and all accidental or other loss and/or injury to me, my booth, teammates, my goods, equipment, and to patrons visiting my booth. I agree to hold harmless and to indemnify St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and the Catholic Diocese of Memphis, West Tennessee, and the organizers and workers from and against any liability arising from my participation in the Oktoberfest Brat Contest. I understand that I assume full responsibility for the rules for adhering to the rules of the Brat Contest.
